1. About Us

• Simply UK Claims Ltd provides assistance in identifying potential claims related to mis-sold financial products such as PCP, Hire Purchase, or Lease.
• We then introduce your claim to our panel of solicitors with collated information.

2. Definitions

• Mis-sold Financial Products: Financial products sold without full disclosure or in a misleading way, leading to financial loss to you.
• Claimant: The individual using our Services to pursue a claim related to mis-sold financial products.
• Third-Party Service Providers: Companies or individuals we may engage to assist in handling your claim. We will not share your email address, name, postal address, or any personally identifiable information with third parties without your consent. Links on this website to third-party sites are provided solely for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of information on any third-party site, nor are we liable if any link becomes inactive. The inclusion of these links does not imply our endorsement or recommendation of the content on these sites or any affiliation with their operators.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of UK to use our Services.
• You represent that any information provided is accurate and that you have the right to pursue claims for mis-sold financial products in your name.

4. Use of Services

• No Guarantee of Success: We will use reasonable efforts to assist you in making a claim; however, we and our panel of solictors cannot guarantee a successful outcome.
• No Win No Fee structure If a member of our panel of solicitors is successful in obtaining compensation payment from your lender then they will be due from you a Success Fee, at a rate of 19% (excluding VAT) for a settled claim upto £49,000. Above £49,000 rate is 15% (Exc. VAT). The member of the solicitor panel handelling your claim may pay us as the introducer a referal fee. If you are still in contract with the lender, your lender may choose to make the compensation payment towards your outstanding balance. In this case you will not receive a "cash" payment. The Success Fee will still be calculated against the full compensation amount.
• Authority to Act on Your Behalf: By using our Services, you authorise us and our third-party providers to communicate with lenders, financial institutions, or any relevant parties on your behalf in connection with your claim.
• No Financial Advice: Our Services are not a substitute for professional financial advice. Seek independent advice if you have specific concerns.

5. Service Fees and Payment Terms

• We do not request any payment form you, and our panel of solicitors work on a No Win No Fee basis.
• If a member of our panel of solicitors is successful in obtaining compensation payment from your lender then they will be due from you a Success Fee, at a rate of 19% (excluding VAT) for a settled claim upto value of £49,000. Above £49,000 rate is £15% (Exc. VAT).. The member of the Solicitor Panel handelling your claim may pay us as the introducer a referal fee. If you are still in contract with the lender, your lender may choose to make the compensation payment towards your outstanding balance. In this case you will not receive a "cash" payment. • By using our Services, you agree to pay any applicable fees as outlined in our or solicitors agreement.

• Consent of Referred Individuals: If you choose to use the Referral System, you must ensure that any individual you refer has expressly consented to receive information regarding Simply UK Claims and its services.
• Payment of Referral Fees: Referral fees will only be payable upon the successful resolution of a referred claim, where full payment has been received from the relevant Lender or Financial Institution. For any referred claim that is not successful, no referral fee shall be payable to the referrer.
• Unlimited Referrals: There are no restrictions on the number of referrals you may make using your unique referral code. You must sign and return our terms and conditions and letter of authority for your claim in order for your referral code to remain valid.

10. Termination of Services

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful activity.
• Any fees due will remain payable as per the terms of the agreement.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Scots Law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Scotland.
